Great to be home!

Logged up a month of base training and had a trip out to Leonora for the Golden Gift this month. The weather has been fantastic and it was great to get back training with friends and re-establish some routine. In three small races took a win in the Leonora Golden Gift Open Mile (June 4th) with a time 5 seconds faster than last year (4.27 with 6 U- turns, the elite race was won in 4.13!), teamed with Hamish McElwee on June 10 to win the AthleticA Carine 2x2x3km relay and unfortunately got dropped off the bunch after 80km last weekend in the Midland 100k cycle race. Will put that one down to inexperience in the pack!
