Well the racing season is finally coming and I am very excited about the next few months. My first major race is now only 10 days away at the ITU Asian Duathlon Championships in Thailand. More info on the race is available at www.thaitriathlon.org and www.triathlon.org. From there, I will have race four events in France leading into the World Championships in Hungary on May 20th.

The past month has been heavy training and I have been very pleased with the volume of running my body has been absorbing. The cycling is also coming along well and today I have received my CSK Hydroform 703 Road Frame which I will be racing on in draft legal events this season.

On the personal front, I am pleased to announce that I have also become engaged to my partner Lianne and we are both looking forward to getting over to Europe to live the dream!
